It's nice to meet you I am Dr. Sylvia Hart Frejd and I serve as the Director of the Flourish Center for Wellbeing

in Knoxville, TN, and as the Founder and President of Flourish Wellbeing University.

I have a Master's Degree specializing in Christian Counseling, and a Doctorate in Leadership.

I am an ICF (MCC) Master Certified Coach, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach,

and ICF Mentor Coach. 

I am the co-author with my father Dr. Archibald Hart of "The Digital Invasion: How Technology is Shaping You

and Your Relationships".

My work has been featured in the N.Y. Times, Fox News, PBS and CBS Radio, Mashable, CBN, TBN,

Focus on the Family and in The Christian Post.

 

I live with my husband of 37 years in beautiful Knoxville, TN we have one daughter, two sons, one son-in-law, 

one daughter-in-law, two beautiful grand daughters and an adorable grand-son.

 

I am passionate about coaching people to flourish and thrive in their: Spiritual Emotional, Mental, Physical,

Relational, and Vocational wellbeing.

I am most restored and experience God when I am close to water, walk in nature,

create beauty and have deep coaching conversations.
